A green artichoke which Will produce artichokes the first year from seed.

Each produces 1-2 primary buds, which average 15-20cm diameter, and 5-7 smaller secondary buds.

Perennial in warmer areas Otherwise treat as an annual.

GROWING TIPS

Sow in trays 6mm deep. Transplant 1m apart in full sun. Cut the stems back after they have cropped to 30cm above ground. Mulch in Spring. Divide plants every 3-4 years.
