Borage D2E (Blue Flowered)

Also known as starflower. The small abundant flowers are attractive to bees & can be used to decorate salads, soups, cakes. Leaves can be eaten & have cucumber like flavour. Readily self seeds.

60 days to harvest. Store in a cool dry place. Prefers moist rich soil.

A good companion plant for strawberries, grows to approx 1m. Direct sow 50cm apart. Requires well-drained soil.

Sow when is based on cooler climates.
