CHILLI: GOAT HORN

Named for it’s shape this is an incredibly popular South East Asian Cayenne pepper which originated in Thailand. Bushes grow up to 3 feet tall and are prolific producers of 10-15cm fruits. The fruits are moderately spicy and deliciously sweet pairing perfectly with virtually any cuisine.

SOIL PREFERENCES
PH 5 – 6
Rich, well-drained friable soil.
Avoid high nitrogen fertilisers.
GROWING TIPS
Sow 6mm deep – 45cm apart and keep moist.
Avoid high nitrogen fertilisers or leaf growth will be promoted over fruit.
