PARSLEY – FLAT LEAF / ITALIAN
(PETROSELINUM CRISPUM)
An absolute staple herb for any kitchen! Highly aromatic with a stronger flavour than the curly leaf parsley varieties.
Best grown in a sunny position, parsley prefers to be direct sown and will often bolt to seed if transplanted.
Harvest by tearing off outside leaves at ground level.

Moist, well-drained soil.
GROWING TIPS
Direct sow 5mm deep.
Pre-soaking the seed with warm water may reduce germination times,
but expect it to take 2-3 weeks.
