Also known as “Flowering Pak Choi” this yellow flowering cabbage is one of the most popular and widely used of all the Chinese greens.
It has a broad range of culinary applications; it can be harvested as a baby leaf for a beautiful addition to salads or harvested before flowering to be enjoyed blanched or added to your favourite soups or stir fries!
