Cultivated in California by Brad Gates. Pink flesh with wine coloured skin streaked with emerald, green. One of the most spectacularly colourful beefsteak tomatoes you will ever find. Flavour is deep dark, rich and intense. Best enjoyed sliced fresh!
WHEN TO PLANT
Temperate: SEP-DEC Transplant or direct sow outside only when soil temperatures reach 16ºC+.
SOIL PREFERENCES
PH 5.8-7
Well-drained rich soil.
GROWING TIPS
Raise in seedling tray, sow 6mm deep and keep moist.
Remove bottom leaves when planting and plant deeply to promote strong growth.
Plant 45cm apart.
